This program Taitalindo, based solely and exclusively on the delicious cuisine of our Peru, is intended to publicize, promote and encourage for all our visitors to enjoy the wide range and variety of Peruvian cuisine. That is why we invite you to Lima, the gastronomic capital of America, to enjoy the variety and quality of Peruvian cuisine which is gaining ground in the world and offers visitors the best combination of flavors in America.

10:00 Start of the Gastronomic tour We head to the Surquillo market, where we are ably accompanied and supervised by an Official Tourism Guide, and visit the various stalls selling fruit and vegetables originating from our country.

We will receive an explanation and also be able to taste them, and then go through to the fish and seafood market, learning about it and the great variety which is found on our shoreline. After completing our visit, we return to our transport and we go to a ‘cevicheria’ (typical Peruvian fish restaurant – a place which will give an introduction to the fish dishes best known of our country), then move on to explain and demonstrate the preparation of one of our delicious dishes: ‘ceviche’, this being, in addition, the specialty of the place. After having observed and assisted the preparation of this dish by the chef, comes the best part for you, as you will be the one who, with the ingredients and recipes necessary, will prepare your own civiche which later you can taste; all this done under the hygienic conditions required, with an apron, cap, among others which will be presented by TAITALINDO PERU TOURS. Then we moved to a traditional tavern "Queirolo Bar, "in which we will come to know a little about the history of the bar and also how to prepare our typical Peruvian drink: the Pisco Sour, coming know its history; finally preparing it yourself and enjoying it at the bar. To complete our gastronomic circuit, we drive to a restaurant serving a "Buffet Lunch "where you can enjoy the most representative dishes of Lima and Peru and also receive a Peruvian recipe guide, where you will find all the dishes made on our journey and others; thus we conclude our tour.
