An hour from Lima, there is the hamlet of Songos. From there, the ascent begins to reach some spectacular natural slides, where fun is guaranteed.

07:00 AM. Meeting at the municipal meeting point of Los Olivos. Departure in a private bus towards Songos, annex of San Jerónimo de Surco, located in the province of Huarochirí, km 63 by the Central Highway. On the way, we will make a stop in Chosica to buy supplies for our hike.

We will enter through a stone arch that welcomes us, we will walk an average of 20 minutes until we reach a populated area. Along the way, you can see large plantations of prickly pears, apples, avocados, loquats, and in a few minutes we will reach a small waterfall. To reach the natural slides of Songos, known as "Slides" for their waterfalls that slide down a natural stone slide more than 10 meters high, you must cross a ravine through which various uneven terrains are navigated. Definitely, this area has a rugged geography. We will continue the trek for approximately 1 more hour to reach the natural slides where we can take some photos for the memory, and for those who wish, swim in it, it is very refreshing not only for the body but for the spirit.

After the fun, we will descend to a Country Restaurant for lunch (Not included). We will return again to Chosica, make a stop for a brief city tour, visiting its main square, the viewpoint, and buying delicious picarones or their famous anticuchos in the main square.
